Equity or debt? – joint outreach event in Milan

EFRAG and the OIC invite you to a joint outreach event on 7 November on the IASB’s DP “Financial Instruments with Characteristics of Equity”

The Organismo Italiano di Contabilità (OIC) and EFRAG invite all interested parties to a public joint outreach event on 7 November 2018. The IASB ® will participate in the event.
The event will address the IASB’s Discussion Paper “Financial Instruments with Characteristics of Equity”. We welcome your views on the contents of the Discussion Paper and would like to discuss the preliminary views of EFRAG and the OIC.
The outreach event will take place on Wednesday, 7 November 2018 from 14:00 to 18:00 hrs at the Sala Convegni Intesa Sanpaolo, Piazza Belgioioso 1, Milan. Participation is free of charge. The event will be held in English and Italian with simultaneous translation. You can register before October 17, for registration see the save the date.
