Commission Regulation (EC) No 254/2009 of 25 March 2009

The Commission Regulation (EC) No 254/2009 of 25 March 2009, published in the Official Journal of the European Union L80 on 26 March 2009, adopts IFRIC Interpretation 12 Service Concessions Arrangements.
It shall be applied, at the latest, as from the commencement date of its first financial year starting after the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
